The most *********** Bank ever

My Bluebean Credit Card has been closed for nearly a year now. I've app**** for a new home loan and was requested to supply them with a letter stating the account is closed. 3 weeks and 5 calls to their call centre and still no letter. <br> <br> I've just logged a complaint to Standard Banks complaint department and have just been told I have to wait another 5 working days for them to do an investigation.<br> <br> I was planning to move from FNB to Standard Bank, but clearly 'Steve' from the FNB radio adverts used to work at Standard Bank!<br> <br> I think its safe to say that I will be staying at FNB!<br> <br> #worstbankever
