Terrible service

<p>Good day , </p> <p>i have tried calling the call centre numerous times and nobody answers, i have sent emails with no reply, <br />i have not used my Bluebean credit card in over 3 months, yet i still have a "cash finance charge" and a "finance charge" on my statement every month which together is R 600 and odd rand , which is alot , for me not using this card, i want to know what are these charges for ???</p> <p> </p> <p>I await an urgent reply</p>
