TERRIBLE

You get the blue bean spam in your mail about how would you like a credit card quick and easy so you think OK lets give them a chance you receive no option on minimizing your limit no option on personalizing your card they just want paper work and know how to get hold of you then. They then don't even inform you or ask how would you like to receive your card by delivery or pick it up personally so they just assume they doing you a favor and hand it over to some delivery company who says it will be delivered on this day between 11 and 4 so you wait the hole day and decide to give them a ring to find out more or less what time they will be there only to discover O NO Sorry but it wont be arriving today only on Monday this is terrible service and this will probably never be solved so Ill just wait till Monday to receive the Card then cut it up and cancel it with them and go somewhere else
