STD BANK - RIDICULOUS BANK CHARGES!!!

On the 02/08/2018 , I was debited an amount of R716.22 in total for charges on m bluebean credit card. These charges read , Finance charge , Cash Finance Charge and Service fee. I have previously went into Standard Bank Northgate branch to query these ridiculous charges and the consultants ALL could not explain what these exorbitant charges were for .Please note that I am charged these insane fees on a monthly basis. But ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, YOU CANNOT CHARGE ME ALMOST R1000 A MONTH IN FEES IT IS RIDICULOUS. YOU ARE RIPPING US OFF AND *****ING FROM US. I NEED IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE WITH THIS, I REFUSE TO BE EXPLOITED LIKE THIS !!!!!
