Stay Away from Bluebean

I have moved to Ireland and fully settled by Bluebean credit card putting the card into a R7400 positive balance. I requested 2 months ago to have my balance transfer out and close the account. I have been charged banking charges of R 250 over the last 2 month and cannot get my money back without first transferring to another person in S.A. Yet I can pay money into the account from Ireland? So it so OK to take peoples money, but not OK to transfer excess out. Whatever you do stay away from Bluebean, just not worth the constant terrible service. Shocking.
