statement problem
this is the 3rd time that we requested statements on our blue bean account and they promise to e mail them monthly and it just never happens. What do we have to do to get Standard Bank Blue Bean Cr Card to perform there basic duty. Is there call centre in such disarray that they are unable to comply to the basic needs of there clients. Can somebody out there tell me what is the secret to getting your statement e mailed to you.
