Statement ******ion

<p>I phoned BlueBean to request 12 month bank statements for tax purposes - due to the fact that OBVIOUSLY I did not receive them. <br /><br />I was quoted R50 or so PER STATEMENT to be mailed to me.<br /><br />I enquired as to where my statements had been going. I was told they were being mailed to me. I asked the address and they had slightly wrong address, with the wrong number unit in my complex. The only way they could have this is through incorrect data capture of the proof of residence they requested from me. <br /><br />As a result of this error someone else has been getting my statements. But instead of apologizing to me, they apply punitive charges to me for their error. For some reason I have been receiving email statements since July - when I told the consultant this she argued with me and said I was receiving them by mail.<br /><br />Overall just really not impressed. I wont pay their ******ion fee, but I most certainly will move my credit card facility elsewhere.</p>
