Standardbank the wors bank!

Was phoned today by Standardbank to ask them why they charge me R40 for a stratement every month when I pay R300 interest every month? They needed to do a security check twice I failed because it's like you need 5 degrees to answer all the questions they ask for a security check? You then have to stay on the line for 15 minutes to check if you are legit. Only to be told you failed your security check and need to go to the bank for assistance like I wil not do after I had to stand three hours in a que only to change my address few months ago. I have a credit card and a house bond with them I really regret. This is the wors bank because if you phone them you must stay on the line for 50 minutes. They cannot assist you when you need help. Standardbank SUCKS!!!
