Standard Bank Call Center for home Insurance seems to have closed down

I have a burst pipe at home I have called the call center 2 time's now on ********** 141 holding on to get to speak to a consultant for over a hour?? Our Bond is with Standard bank as well as the Insurance, this is unacceptable I am desperate here and have no other way of calling this department. URGENT RESPONSE IS REQUIRED PLEASE
