So slow to remove settled credit bureau listing
On 9 Feb '16 I learnt Standard Bank Bluebean had me listed on Credit Bureau. On 16 Feb '16 I secured a legal letter of settlement and assurance that listing would be removed. On 14 Mar '16 I established through TransUnion that the listing was still present on my credit bureau profile - I emailed Standard Bank on 15 Mar '16 requesting intervention and was CC'd the internal request to attend to the listing. We are now sitting on 18 Mar '16 and still nothing has been done. Why should it take more than a month for my credit bureau profile to be updated?
