Sms harassment

On 26 Oct I received an sms informing me that I am in arrears with Blue bean credit card payments. Although my statement indicated I have until 18 Nov to pay R8444, I paid R2000 immediately after phoning the number provided on the sms. After that, I received another 5 smsses, reminding me that I have failed to do payment and threatening to suspend my account. I phoned credit rehabilitation 7 times confirming that payment was received. Apparently Alice made a note that I will do full payment as I usually do every month, but as I still have time till 18 Nov, I only paid R2000. I have sent 5 emails to help@bluebean with screen shots of the smsses received. Three times I was informed that they would pass it on to another department, the rest remained unanswered. I have asked them to stop harassing me. On 31 Oct, 7 phone calls and 5 emails later, I still receive smsses from them? I don't want to be blacklisted for something I am NOT guilty of. PLEASE ADVISE.
