Shocking fees charged, no positive balance ever

I am no stranger to credit. I do however pay my installments diligently each month and no one has ever had to 'red letter' me to pay. I am however getting to the end of my patience with BlueBean. This account was opened EONS ago, it was used EONS ago. I pay every month like clockwork and yet my balance stay relatively the same.

I left standard bank for this very reason. Fees upon fees upon fees. Can someone please explain to me why with my other credit card I am making payments and still able to use the card for purchases as there is a positive balance after paying but with BlueBean you just pay and pay and pay and pay and nothing reflects.

You have taken THOUSANDS from me at this point and yet I still owe you almost the original amount.
