Settled Account and then put on ITC

I settled my bluebean credit card in March 2015 and was then put on ITC for non payment - after I settled the account and destroyed my card. When I became aware of this in August 2015 I spoke to a representative and was told it will take 7 - 21 working days to correct this. I have since started my own business and is now struggling with finance for a new vehicle because of this. Today again I phoned a representative and was told it will take 7 - 21 working days to resolve. I even went to our local standard bank and got the same info. Surely there has to be a way to rectify this.... I am now suffering financial loss due to this error made by bluebean! I am seriously thinking of getting legal assistance.
