Requested account to be emailed many times

I have moved from my previous place of residence and have contacted Bluebean on numerous occasions to change my preferred method of receiving my statements from post to email. <br> <br> I have not been receiving anything and this is now becoming quite frustrating as the new tenants are now reading my personal mail because of this company's incompetence!<br> <br> I expect this to be sorted out immediately failing which, a legal route will be sought after.
