Reported me to the Credit Bureau
I went to a bank for a loan to consolidate my debt and I was informed that Bluebean (Standard Bank) reported me as a slow payer. I had ***** on my Bluebean card twice in 3 months and every time I had to cancel my card and had to wait for a new card. Everytime who ever committed the ***** was allowed to go over my credit limit! I couldn't pay my card as I did not have my new card number and when I tried to phone customer service I had to enter my credit card number which I couldn't because I was still waiting for my card. When I got hold of someone to help me at last, I was told that I could pay my account at a Standard Bank ATM with put a card. When I tried to do it, I was told to insert a card! I paid my account as soon as I got my new card every time! I got my Bluebean credit card in 2008 and in all these years I always paid in time!

Is this how Bluebean plans to treat me as a customer?
