Received letter noticing that policy has expired

Mandisa Mlomo, was involved in a car accident in December and has been unable to handle any of her affairs. As a family or her children we didn't know of the policies she had regarding accident until we receive an expiry letter notice of which i sent all documents pertaining her injuries and state of health. Ive been told its too late. Please assist as i know my mom has been a loyal and good payer.<br> <br>
