Proof of FICA Documents

I did send received an e-mail on the 14th of August 2015 from BlueBean stating that i must send a certified ID copy and proof of residence not older than six months for FICA. I did send my documents on 26th Augusts 2015. I did add a bank statement of April 2015 that i did received via the post office. Since the post office situation we do not receive any post anymore. I did received an e-mail from a Carla Fick on 26 August 2015 stating that my proof of residence should not be older that 3 months. I did send her an e-mail back on 27 August 2015 with the e-mail send to me that the proof of residence should not be older that 6 months and i did asked her where must i get an statement not older than 3 months. I did not hear any thing back from her or any other person. I did phone this morning to find out why I cannot access my statement that are e-mail to me, and the answer was because I did not send my FICA documents. This is unacceptable because they did state not older than six months and now they did block me from my statements and they want me to go in to a branch to rectify this. They must see to it that my account are FICA and that my statements are unblocked.
