Poor service from Standard Bank

I share my comments on Hello Peter. I received a email from Colin Kriel on the 22Sept. Ref ***. to do a security check. I rep**** on the 26 Sept via his email. I then rep**** again on the 30 Sept and still nothing from Standard Bank. This is absolutely pathetic service from them
