Poor Call Center Service

<p>Phoning the call center is useless. After holding for a long time, someone takes the call but does not speak. I can clearly hear people speaking in the background but the person who took the call is clearly not interested in assisting the customer. After a couple of minutes I disconnect the call. Really unprofessional and time wasting.</p>
