Please Help
Last week i called their customer service line to get information regarding my account. I used the \self-help"service which kept on saying my details was incorrect. Which eventually blocked my account. I then spoke to a call center agent & she confirmed yes my account is blocked & I needed to go to a branch. I did so the following day"
