Penalty for late payment R145

Hi I have 2 credit cards with Blue bean. The one ending 0682 have been handed over to Collections department.<br> I phone them this morning and Fortune totally refuse to listen to my problem and just did not care. What happened is that I paid my card R1000 ( only have to pay R395.42 ) the 22 nd of September ( in advance as payment was only due 20 October ( So my statement for 25 Sep 12 had R1000 payment 31 Aug for September payment and R1000 payment 22 Sep for October payment) Problem is my October statement now had a R145 late payment fee on and my account has been handed over for collections. Reason is that you cannot pay your account in advance as this just reduce your balance and is NUL and VOID counting as a payment? So now I have to pay R 839 by 20 Nov and also the R145 charge for late payment. So paying my account 3 days before statement date means i get R145 penalty ? Please be warned ! Do not pay in advance you will get penalised.<br> I will do my best to pay off my cards as soon as possible and never deal with Blue bean again !<br> Kind regards<br> Franscious Myburgh
