Pathetic Standard Bank Credit Card Service

I have a Blue Bean Credit Card - which has been blocked by the bank (for no reason). I am receiving statements (which indicate that I still owe money) ? The bank cannot give me any reason for this blocking or closing of the account and I have spent an enormous amount of time on the phone and to date, no resolution. I am VERY unhappy.
