Paid Up Letter

I really do not understand why it should take from 1-14 days for one to get a paid up letter. I am desperate for this letter and do not have time on my side. Even if it means I have to pay some1 to get this letter I will, already spent about R400 worth of airtime begging and pleading with the consultants for this letter. been sent from pillar to post since last week Thursday. And this is the sad thing because your website contact details are up2 scratch. Please, im desperate for this letter, please guys
