Paid up and closure letter delay!

<p>Dear Bluebean, Ive requested a paid up and closure letter of my bluebean credit card that was settled on the 11/10/2016 and still waiting. Please note that this is delaying my property bond registration process, can someone please process this ASAP . I was promised the letter no later than 14/10/2016.</p> <p> </p>
