over 20 minutes to answer a call and cant complete application! iStore card ordered not BlueBean!!!

<p>I app**** for a blue bean card last week. I was approved but unabel to complete the application online as it told me i need to enter my ID yet there was no field to do this!!</p> <p>Everytime i try to call it takes over 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone to assist me!! </p> <p>I finally got a call to complete the application over the phone for the card and had already sent my documents... I have not heard a word since!!! I would like to know when i will receive the card!</p> <p> </p> <p>Also today i get an sms stating i must send my documents through for my iStore card! With the same reference as one of the applications i did for my blue bean card!! 6v-aro7y</p> <p> </p> <p>I did NOT apply for this!! So i want to know how all of a sudden an application for an iStore card comes up!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Call me please i want this rectified!</p>
