Online ***** Transaction

On the 25th February 2015, I received a call from an unknown number the person claimed to be from Standard Bank Blue Bean Credit Card, they thanked me for being a loyal client and informed me that I qualified to upgrade my Credit Card to Platinum and I agreed they confirmed all my details my ID number and Postal address and asked me to confirm the address where I would like for my Platinum Credit Card to be delivered I then provided them with my work Address and they told me that I would be contacted by the courier service to arrange for delivery of my card and at the end of the call the consultant read out my credit card number and asked me to confirm the last 4 digits of my card which I did and they congratulated me for being a new Platinum card holder, immediately after the call I received a call from someone from the ***** department asking me if I am aware that the is ***** happening on my Credit Card account and I immediately got an sms that R5,965.00 was debited from my account with an unknown reference the consultant asked me where I was and informed her that I was at home she told me that she would block the card and gave me a reference number ***.
