No service

I had to cancel my blue bean credit card due to ********** activity. That was in March 2022.It is now August 2022 6 months later!I just cannot get their courrier DSV to call me and deliver the new card face to face,I am aware that I have to pay for it.But every call is logged and every promise is broken.Do not know where to turn anymore,not even a visit to the branch helped.Maybe I will get it by Xmas.
