NO FEEDBACK

I was contacted via email on the 22nd May (two weeks after the hello peter post). And given the standard apologies and a promise of a 48hr turnaround. Today is end of day 4 and no correspondence. The apologies clearly meant nothing as there has been no resolution. I will be contacting a lawyer for advice as this is still causing complications in our homeloan application, 1 year after paying and closing the account. Futhermore, this is placing undue stress on me and my family and is an infringement on my consumer rights. No product house should dictate my homeloan interest rates and my total lending for my family home by delaying updates on my ITC by ONE YEAR.
