Making payments but still being harassed

I have been experiencing financial difficulties reason being my wife is now unemployed & I'm only working. Some of my accounts fell into arrears including my Bluebean. I'm not always able to make payment on a specific date so I'm paying the arrears every fortnight as that's how I get paid. I keep receiving calls from your consultants. I keep mentioning I am paying every fortnight. The part that really adds insult to injury is when they are very sarcastic to ask if you don't have money now, how will I pay the account. 2 consultants contacted my land line at home within 5 minutes and the first told she will try me on my cell. When the second called, my wife told her somebody already called but however I did make a payment this week & she got the proof of payment. Before my wife could say that she can email the proof of payment, the consultant was very abrupt and told her if I was paying my account they would not call for me. Obviously my wife got angry and put the phone down.

Some of your consultants have very pathetic telephone manners & yet there are a few that actually understand a person's situation & try their best to make suitable payment arrangements.

If they are going to continue to harass me or my wife then I don't want to receive any calls from Bluebean but rather communicate via emails. I would really appreciate it if a could receive a statement & a payment arrangement from you via email. The only time I should be contacted is if I don't pay at all for a month. I think this will be best so I don't have to hear from your rude and sarcastic consultants.
