ITC listing not my fault, but not being removed of experian ITC

<p>I am writing this as a very disappointed customer. I had a blue bean credit card which was closed since 2014. The account was never closed by blue bean and therefore there was interest as well as booking fees etc charged onto my account for R103.00. Due to me not being aware of this, i was listed on ITC as well as Experian. Afer numerous phone calls as well as visits to the bank, it has not yet been sorted out. My name was cleared on Transunion however not on experian. When phoning Experian I was advised that they cannot remove it without a request from the bank. I am very disappointed in the service as i settled the account before the closure date. I am unable to get any other credit over a measly R103.00 that was not even an error of mine.</p> <p>I would appreciate feedback soonest regarding the above as the bank refused to give me the CEO's details to complain. I would never refer any family or friends to Blue bean again</p> <p>Andre</p>
