Incorrect information

I call up the blue bean call center and ask for my settlement balance.i the pay more than the settlement balance.blue bean now owes me money right? Nope,to my disgust I am now being told I owe them almost R400. <br> What a bunch of ****** ? As always I'm just gonna have to cough up the money!!!! Well done blue bean you will be losing a customer the minute I settle my account whic I thought I had done months ago!!!
