In duplum interest??

In 2008 I got into financial difficulties. At the time I was unable to meet my monthly commitments re my credit card and my card was handed over to legal. I entered into an arrangement re monthly repayments. If I was 1 day late with making this payment, I would receive sms, calls from the call centre at all hours of the day or night to advise me that I have missed my payment. Since the end of 2009 I never missed another payment and in fact 99% of the time have paid double the amount per month than what was agreed on. I never had the use of that card again. I have never received a statement from Bluebean or even a reconciliation to confirm how much I still owe. The only way I could see how much I owe is once a year when I get my free credit report. <br> My contact details have not changed since then either (neither my cell or my email addy). I recently noticed that despite having been paying for 5 years every month religiously, the amount owing to Bluebean has just been increasing year by year. Is this fair? I have been paying a minimum of at least 5000 a year and the balance has been increasing by about 3000 a year. The capital debt is still untouched!! Is this possible?
