I want my paid up letter

My Bluebean credit card was handed over to MBD Attorneys, I settled the account in 2020 yet it still has not cleared in my credit bureau. I called and emailed MBD they won't clear it up or send my paid-up letter. They lie and say they sent it but no matter how many times I confirm my email I still don't get it.

It's been over a year, Standard bank and MBD must fix this since they are the ones who refer us to them. I am sick and tired of cold calling and emailing, Last email I sent to Percy M he is said to be the manager
