I cancelled my credit card 4 months ago and they did not cancel it. I have not received statements and all of a sudden receive threatening sms's. <br> Called the call centre on 2 occasion no one can assist, they refuse to put me through to a manager. The gave me an incorrect number for the complaints department. <br> An after being on the phone for an hour today I am still on hold. Situation not sorted.
