Fees never reversed Card not closed

I complaint in October 15 on hellopeter that Bluebean charged me R145 for late penalty fee . I got a phone call and email that this fee will be reversed per Mr N Sithole. In November I complained again and email was send \Good day Mr Myburgh The fee was reversed
