Fail to Remove my name from ITC

I finished to pay my Blue Bean Credit card last year October 2014 via their lawyer Bham & Dahya Attorneys, and they send me a Settlement letter. I spoke to their Attorneys last year asking them if they send my proof of payment to Blue Bean(Standard bank) and they said yes and they will clear my name. So I check my credit record today and realise that I still owe them R9883 and its in arrears of 8 months. The account number that they put in my credit record is different from the 1 that I have. I try to call them but they send me from 1 department to another. All I want is for Blue Bean to remove my name from Credit record as I don't owe them anything. This is affecting my credit score.
