deducting money without permission

I was retrenched in beginning February 2015. without any benefits since the mine went bankrupt. I notify all my accounts including blue bean. I have a retrenchment policy on my card. I sent them all the necessary paperwork that they require twice. Since to this date (30 May 2015) I am still waiting for them to make payments or give me any respond on my policy. In the mean time they phone me every day asking for payment and every time I have to explain. I started to work again in May 2015 and my salary was paid in on Monday 26 May. Blue bean deduct R2612.88 on 26 May out of my account without my permission since I don't have a debit order on my account for them. I also went under debt rescue in the beginning of May in which my lawyer did notify blue bean about. My first payment to the lawyers was made. I want my policy to pay out as agreed on the contract and I want my R2612.88 to be paid back in my account since my lawyer will allocate the money I own them,to them.
