Charged for product I wasn't aware of.
I just found out today that I apparently have had a garage card since 2002 which was used in 2007. I don't ever recall having any garage card let alone using one. I have been charged a monthly fee since 2002 till today on a card I don't have! The charge on the statement just says service fee. How is that honourable by a bank? If the card is not even issued how can they charge?
