Cancel Bluebean Card

I have been trying to cancel my Bluebean Credit Card since April 2020. Today (14 October 2020) I have called the call centre twice and both times the call has been dropped mid confirming my details. This card keeps incurring monthly fees. I have once again settled these fees. Please cancel this card immediately. I have retired and do not need this unnecessary fee being charged every month for something I am not using or need.
