Bluebean worst service ever

<p> I received an email to aplly for a black blue bean credit card which i then did. I sent my documents the same day. I recieved a call stating thta the courier will call me to arrange delivery. almost 2 weeks have past so i decided to call in this morning with my pre approval reference number just to hear that the application is now suddenly declined. The *********** consultant tells me i must contact ITC to find out if i am listed. I am a FNB private client acount holder with 2 vehicles financed and paid up house. How the hell can i be listed on ITC. I woukld never in my life do business with Standard Bank in my life. Unproffesional uneducated consultants that i am sure are not NCA compliant.</p>
