Bluebean via standard bank very ****ed off

Standard bank/blue offered a credit card to me, I paid twice allread 1st I paid for no reason , second I paid my full installment, I then get an sms that I must pay R1064 at the end of september, I then get another sms the following day that I have to pay money immediately , how is that possible when I've paid twice, and the consultant told me if I use the whole amount given I'll only pay R650, this is really upsetting me, if no one can solve this problem or do something about my inconvience, bkoz I had to travel several times to the bank, please if I don't get any comfort out of this I will voice my anger to the public and this won't be funny, immediate assistantce is needed!!!
