Bluebean card closed 18December 2014 stil not done

On 18 December I closed my credit card and paid the amount given by telephone to me and was told the card will be closed. But for the 5 following months every month I get a monthly SMS that I owe them money and have got reference numbers on record of the people that I talked to and the hours that I spent on my personal Cell phone with no joy. They are absolutely useless at Blue bean and do not know what they are doing. I have cut my credit card into a 1000 pieces on 18 December 2014 but still get an account. No debit orders or any transactions are open so what in the name of heaven are they doing up there. My advice to others do not go to Bluebean they SUCK!
