Blue Bean Tarnished my Credit Record

<p>I paid up my Blue Bean account in full on the 11/10/2016, I asked for my credit report to be cleared immediately ( I never had a default or Judgement), at that stage. I have now done a home loan application and was surprisingly declined. When I checked my credit report I was shocked to find out that Blue Bean registered a Default on my name despite sending me a paid up letter in January 2017. The default is dated the same date as my paid up letter. Becuase of Blue Bean I will miss the opportunity of providing a roof over my familys head, the dream home that we wanted to buy. I am Livid to say the least and want this sorted immediately - defualt removed and credit rating increased. This I can say is certainly not my fault, I did my duty and paid my debt and this is what I got in return!!!! I also wish to take legal action against Blue Bean for damages.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
