Blue Bean Credit Card does not work

I was recently issued with a Blue Bean Credit Card at Tyger Manor Branch. This card does not work and this is extremely embarrassing. I am now sick and tired of the PATHETIC service received from Standard Bank.I do not want this credit card anymore and it must be replaced at no cost to myself. When I was trying to pay, other people in the queue look at me like I am some kind of ********. The card was rejected today 01-05-2015 at Arora Lights and Makro. I called the rocket scientists at the call centre who advised there is nothing wrong with the card. THEN COULD SOMEONE AT STANDARD BANK ADVISE WHY THE CARD IS NOT WORKING !!!
