Blue bean credit card

A few moths ago i got offered a blue bean Credit card from Standard bank. I accepted but shortly after found out I'm pregnant and my whole life changed. I moved from Jhb to pta for a new job and forgot about the card. 3 months later i receive an sms saying my account in in arrears by a R140. Note i have not even picked up or signed for this card, nor has anyone contacted me from the bank as a reminder about this card. I phoned them saying i want to cancel the card, instead they convinced me to send the card to Pta for me... now I'm still getting text letting me know my account is in arrears. I have still not signed for this card as I have no idea where the branch is they sent it to. I'm still new to pta. And have no idea who to contact. If this is how they charge me for a card i have not even signed for let alone used... how much are they going to charge me when i do use it? I want to cancel my card but the operators aren't very helpful unless u don't mind spending 2 hrs on the phone being transferred back and forth... and the website is not very user friendly.... I'm sooo put off by standard bank.
