Being billed for something not in my possessio????

I did receive a call stating that i qualified for the above mentioned card/i did accept and proceed with the application...one week later i called them back as i didn't receive communication....<br> then was advised the my checks was being done and then anther week passed where i still was the one contacting them, then it was that the card was sent for approval, i was then called to be told that there is a waiting period for this.... to date i was given no indication as to the status of my application.<br> <br> NOW in the month of January 2015....i have received a statement notifying me that i have payment due?????<br> for what exactly i would like to know???? maybe the calls that was made to me...<br> <br> i would like this fees reversed and the card cancelled , if that is anything to go by i highly doubt that i would be wanting to have credit with them... if my ITC record has been tarnish in the least i would definitely take corrective action.
