BAD SERVICE - TAKING INTEREST FROM MY MONEY

I closed my account and settled more than the amount due on my Blue Bean Credit card. Even after I did that, they still had the nerve to go and deduct my monthly premium. When I phoned and told them I would rather close the account - they told me to rather phone the next week - end of the month - where they will then close my account and do a credit transfer. I phoned back the following week - as requested by the call centre and they said I will receive my money after 5 working days - that was on the 2nd of September. It is today, the 14th and I still havent received my money, and only after I phoned the call centre on Saturday and complained that I havent received any money - did they say they will send me a sms notification with a date and everything on when my money will be transferred. So, basically, they said, I will have to wait now, untill the 17th - before they will return my money to me. So they will be drawing interest from my money in the time that they have the money with them. I am very unhappy with this situation and no further follow up was made! This is POOR service and I wont deal with STD bank again!
