Bad service credit card

Recently I was on leave in the USA when my credit card was blocked after I have done all te required steps which the bank require when you travel overseas. It leave my wife and I stranded on Detroit Airport for a day and a night without transport and food. I could phone overseas and the I tried via my sister in law to get the bank to phone me to rectified my credit card but tbe bank refused to phone me. I had to beck somebody to allow me to phone them. The only only thing what the bank said when I phone they was sorry but that is unacceptable becuaseit me immense hardship and humilation. I had financial losses such as my booked hotel and rental car which I had to pay for and my daugther nearly lost her jog becuase she waa late and we could get transport. This afrer I have made tall required arrangements and had ample funds in my account. I have asked for investigation to avoid this happening agian with another person but uptil now I have received nowthing from Standardbank. I am with this bank for the last 36 years bit I am definitely going to shift my business becuase this is unacceptable to handle your clients like this and stop my credit card while I am overseas.
