Bad service
I thought I would move from FNB to STD Bank but I think I`m making the wrong move. I app**** for a credit card last tuesday and I was advised that my card will be delivered yesterday. I went to the branch and to my surprise there was no card. I have been trying to follow up since yesterday, and today I was advised to go back to the branch as there is no card that was issued! What a waste of time and energy.
