Bad service

My card was handed over to your lawyers Brooks&Luyt but card is still open for activities from the banks side. How can you keep deducting R100 pm for insurances if this is with the lawyers? I've paid R3000 which is the limit of this card and still owe monies? This card is closed from my side and all the deductions must be refunded. I can't pay and pay and pay and you benefit from this. No paperwork was send to me and I did not authorised any activities. I've paid only R36pm and interest. Where is this coming from and how can you keep benefitting if this was handed over. I'm really tired of getting nowhere with the card and will publish it with Beeld newspaper if this is not resolved immediately. This card is no more active on my side since Feb 2015 why is it active on your side?
